VIGILANT NFC PROFESIONAL es una App del sistema Vigilant Web para el control de presencia de operarios en tiempo real, localización, ruta, rondas de
seguridad, incidencias e informes.
Funciones de la aplicación y el sistema:
1. Identificación del operario
2. Control de presencia en tiempo real.
3. Visualización de la posición y ruta del operario.
4. Registro de presencia con geolocalización.
5. Inserción de observaciones en punto visitado.
6. Control de rondas o presencias en los puntos.
7. Aviso de NO iniciado el servicio, ronda o ruta.
8. Aviso de NO presencia en punto previsto.
9. Control Novedades y Aviso de NO hay datos.
10. Parte de trabajo de presencias y observaciones.
11. Informe de Incidencias vía email a responsables con descripción, imagen y posición.
12. Informes de presencias por centro de trabajo, por punto, por operario, rondas, incidencias por centro de trabajo, por tipo…
13. Portal del cliente con visor registros, e informes de presencias e incidencias.
El Sistema aporta una fórmula de control de presencia en tiempo real con control de posición y avisos de incidencias o eventos.
Una sencilla aplicación que NO precisa la manipulación del operario, solo debe acercar el teléfono al punto de identificación, al reconocerlo vibra y emite un
sonido.
Cada evento queda registrado con los datos de fecha, hora y posición, esta se visualiza en una cartografía.
La aplicación estará operativa después de contratar el servicio con Radiobit Sistemas.
Ejemplo descriptivo de funcionamiento.
1. INICIO. La aplicación solicita que el operario se identifique
2. INICIO EN CENTRO DE TRABAJO. A su llegada pasa el dispositivo por el punto de identificación, queda registrado el inicio de actividad, la recepción del dato evita el
aviso de NO INICIO.
3. CONTROL DE LA PRESENCIA EN SALAS. Igual que en el procedimiento anterior al llegar a la sala procederá a la lectura del punto identificativo, el dato representa el
inicio de su presencia, el evento enviado a la base de datos alojada en los servidores web nuevamente une la presencia del operario en un lugar determinado con fecha y
hora, al terminar efectúa de nuevo la lectura cerrando el tiempo de presencia. Esto lo deberá hacer en todas las salas que requieran justificación de presencia y que
evidentemente contengan TAG.
NOTA. En caso de falta de cobertura, el equipo sigue recogiendo y almacenando la información, en cuanto se restablezca enviará a los servidores todo lo almacenado.
5. ANOTACION DE TAREA EN LA SALA. En el dispositivo el operario encontrará un menú de tareas, eventos e incidencias, que utilizará según convenga. Quedará constancia de la
tarea o tareas realizadas en el lugar de la presencia.
6. AVISO DE INCIDENCIAS. En el menú de eventos el operario encontrará un menú con las incidencias sucesos o avisos más habituales, si durante la presencia se detecta
alguna anomalía que deba ser informada el operario elegirá la adecuada y la acompañará con imagen descriptiva. El resultado será el registro de lo sucedido en esa sala ese
día a esa hora y por el operario en cuestión. Además si previamente se ha previsto que cada vez que suceda sea avisado algún responsable, este recibirá el aviso en un
correo electrónico, cada incidencia puede avisar a diferentes gestores.
En el citado procedimiento quedan todas las presencias, tiempos de trabajos y rutas unidas, así como las incidencias o sucesos encontrados.

El responsable de soporte se pondrá en contacto con ustedes para guiarles, se les facilitarán etiquetas electrónicas para identificar los lugares, estas se dan de alta en
su plataforma con el nombre y lugar al que destinen.
Crearán rutas de trabajo solo seleccionando el lugar a donde ir entre las horas y días previstos.
Los equipos deberán disponer de conexión a internet, puede ser mediante wifi.
