We don't want you to be caught unawares by dangerous weather. That is why the scientists and IT specialists at Kachelmannwetter have developed their own tool, Meteosafe
(meteosafe.com), which is intended to give you time to prepare.
Meteosafe is the ideal addition to official severe weather warnings - you choose what you want to be warned about and from what level of danger - we have our own models, our
own radar evaluations and our own weather stations that help you to do the right thing in good time.
We have developed the Meteosafe app so that you can be reliably alerted to thunderstorms nearby at any time, even when you are on the go. It updates your current location in
the background and notifies you as soon as the weather conditions require your attention.
You no longer have to specify your holiday location in the system in advance or think about which route to take when hiking. The Meteosafe app does this for you.
The Meteosafe app reliably warns you about these events:
• Thunderstorms/heavy rain
• Lightning strike
• Flash flood
• Rotation in a storm cloud / risk of tornado
• hail
Of course, you can also use the Meteosafe app as an additional notification channel for your other locations and their events.
